No do not buy these they’re horrible for walking

according to some web sites yes you can. Should be done by hand not washing machine.

Q: Are these a good mat shoe? Like for kickboxing?

No, they are runners. A bit heavy for lol ickboxing. These would not feel good to be kicked with. The soles are not like mat shoes. The colored parts are harder rubber/plastic. Great trainers/runners though.

Q: What size would i get for being a women in a mand shoe

I wear a women’s 9-91/2 normally and the size 8 fits me in this shoe
