Mens Mx Mid Gore-tex

These boots are excellent. First off I ride a motorcycle year round, it is my primary driver. First time I wore these boots I got caught in a pretty big downpour. These boots held up nicely completely waterproof. My feet were nice and dry. They are warm without being too warm and seem to breathe nicely. I like how the top of the boots around the ankle are not bulky. They are extremely comfortable both in terms of cushioning and overall fit around your foot. The traction is excellent. They are a little slippery at first, but once you wear them around for a couple of days, they have great traction all types of surfaces both city and trails. Can’t beat it for around $100!

I have chronic pain in my ankle and Achilles and a high arch, and I often have to wear hiking boots as my daily footwear. These boots help me a ton. I own four pairs. I rarely have foot pain after wearing them all day. They are made so well that I don't need inserts. I use these boots more as a walking and working shoe than a hiker, and the Goretex gets to be a bit stuffy. I wish Ecco had an option of this boot without Goretex. I haven't had any of the ripping or tearing that I see in the customer photos here. On a side note, the low top versions of this boot don't fit my foot as well even though they look almost identical to the boots.

Great boots, but the insole is embarrassingly cheap for Ecco. If you replace the paper-thin insole with a decent after-market pair, you're left with an EXCELLENT pair of boots that are comfortable, waterproof, and sharp looking.

Sturdy and stylish. Would buy again

I work private security and patrol several properties, and I’ve been wearing these shoes for a couple months now. I have zero complaints. They are comfy and I can stand for hours in them and my feet don’t hurt. I’ve walked in super wet/slushy weather and they kept my feet dry and warm. On hot days my feet don’t get hot, so they also breathe well. The grip is almost too nice. Definitely worth the cost and the wait.

These used to be the best boots I could buy for all day walking and delivering mail. This last pair I bought you could tell the quality was way down, the tounge got smaller which was worrisome as they are water resistant. I originally didn’t mind as I try not to go through puddles. After a couple months these have already worn down, what used to last a year now lasted less then three months. The quality went down heavily and I can no longer recommend to buy these boots, which is sad because they were my favorite pair of work boots.

This is my second pair of ECCO Men's Mx Mid Gore-Tex shoes. I am a professional photographer working from the desert to the mountain tops of Arizona. I still wear my first pair for the more environmentally challenging shoots, and they are over 5 years old. These shoes saved my feet and career. I now have over seven pairs of a variety of ECCO shoes for every instant of life. I highly recommend ECCO anything.

My husband loves these boots. We bought them to trip around Europe in November. He was very pleased with the comfort for long walking days. They are warm and waterproof. Highly recommend these boots.

Der Schuh sitzt angenehm und bietet auch bei etwas breiteren Füßen ausreichend Platz. Die Größe fällt verlässlich aus. Bei Regen und nassem Untergrund hat er sich als wirklich wasserdicht erwiesen. Praktisch ist außerdem, dass die Innensohle nicht verklebt ist – so lässt sich problemlos eine eigene Sohle einsetzen. Insgesamt ein solides, zuverlässiges Modell für den Alltag im Außenbereich.
