This system worked perfectly on my bedroom door. I am able to get a full workout in daily with minimum setup! I highly recommend this if you are limited in space.

This really made using resistance bands at home easy. The slip prevention tabs on top don't move, so adjusting the level of the rings to fit a taller door wasn't possible. But we tightened it pretty tight and it has not moved

I stopped using bands for working out because all those I bought for two years from Amazon broke after few moth months of use and ended up hitting me hard on my back, arms or legs. But, this anchor strap it’s very good. It’s the only thing that worked as expected for the time I used it that was kind of one year or a year and a half. If you find god quality safe bands, do you a favor buying this strap if you work out at home.

Setup took under a minute and it is very secure on the door. This is perfect for doing my PT exercises at home. Highly recommend.

Just be aware. I ordered the 7 piece set. I thought the straps and equipment were all basically the same in each set displayed (just with additional equiptment included). However, the bands that come with this set have permanently attached handles - not clips - so the handles can't be removed and clipped to the D-rings or ankle straps. I was looking forward to the versatility of the clips and detachable handles. If I wanted to add ankle straps that would not work with this set. The instructional booklet is okay but not comprehensive. Overall it seems like decent quality and I can still use it.

I am now awaiting the replacement model, which I hope will live up to the promised standards. I appreciate Brebebe's commitment to their customers and would recommend them based on their service alone, although I advise potential buyers to be cautious and ensure that the product specifications meet their workout needs.
