To my knowledge based on experience they are not scented. I've not experienced any problem. These are really the best. When I travel and am gone for longer than normal, and if I detect a slight odor, I will have with me a spray that will not irritate private areas. I get along just fine.

Yes, they are the same pads?? Maybe your thinking of the ones you find in US drug/or medical supply stores with the three out of five water drops. Those are actually for moderate issues. The three drops have no relevance to the level 3 pads. I can tell you that level 3 are large enough for me, 6'4, 330lbs. They are more than I need almost always, but I like the extra confidence. The Moderate ()()() pads are not only thinner but smaller in every way. Good luck. Hope this helps.

They don't appear to be made to do that but they might work. They are a pad with a sticky strip on the back and they are used inside a pair of shorts. But I would try and call the company to see if they might work inside a diaper or not. You can usually reach some one in customer service of you look up Tena on line and see if they can help. Sorry its not a better answer.
