Domino Amerfond is small crystals of pure cane sugar that are crystallized with invert sugar to produce a white fondant.
This product makes smooth fillings for candy and helps to give other baked goods a glossy finish.

Repackaged in the Oasis facility, except for the 50 lb bag, which is packaged by Domino. Shelf Life: 4 months if kept in cool, low humidity environment. Note: This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come into contact with wheat/gluten, eggs, dairy or dairy products, soy, tree nuts.
