1870 The High Wheeler -Penny Farthing

We get lots of compliments.

From about an 8' distance the Penny Farthing bicycle looks great. However, a little closer alignment to spoke attachment and hub tightness tolerance detail would make this a better value.

This 3-Wheel Bicycle is awesome.. better than it looks in picture. My husband and I are turning a spare room in our home into a library/lounging area. (Empty nesters~!) We wanted to purchase some pieces that would give the room some class and look appropriate in the style of this room! This was a good purchase and we will more than likely place it on top of one of our new 76" tall bookcases. It is bound to be a conversation piece as well. While looking for accessories pieces for this room, I came across this piece, along with some other 3-D pieces that are also metal and interesting, I think we have a great start~!!

Nice but overpriced for the quality of workmanship. I see a lot of rough edges on the wheels, jaggedy pieces sticking out. Keeping it nonetheless.

I love it! It stands fine. The only thing I can say bad about it, is the stand that holds the wheel is bent too thin for the bike to stand flat on the surface. But it was no problem to bend it so the wheel sits better on it. I think it is worth the money.
