Great Toy
This is a fab toy for the price. You do have to put it together but unlike other builds it was relatively easy to do and was together quickly. You get lots of bits of furniture which are really detailed and 3 figures. Again the detail is brilliant. The lights and sounds work really well and it is a good size. My grandson is 5 and loves this. I would highly recommend this product and I am now wondering if I have any other little ones to buy for at Christmas. I would definitely buy this again.

Great play house for children
This is a great play house for any Harry Potter fans. Good quality. This is fantastic for the price as other retailers online such as Very, Fashion world and Argos are selling this exact same product for more than double the price. £49.99 in Argos, £59.99 on very. Even sellers on second hand websites such as Vinted and eBay are selling used ones for £40+ so really good value for money.

Worth It
I bought this for my 4 year old for Christmas as she adores Harry Potter . She was very excited to get it and play with it . I paid £85 for the set, and considering how much you would pay individually for the extras I considered this worth it compared to the £70 set . However I wouldn’t pay more than £80 for thisThere are a few flimsy bits which I do imagine will get broken but overall it seems to be good quality and I think most of it will stand the test of time with my 4 year old .Overall I do consider this to be overpriced however all Harry Potter items are and when combined with the extras it makes sense to get this set .UPDATE : my daughter has now been sick all over it and can confirm it is easy to clean up

Great for Harry Potter fans
We bought this in a sale and for the price we paid it is a great house for the kids to play with.It is quite sturdy and can be expanded with other rooms you can buy.I am not sure it is worth it if it was full price but it was almost half the price when we purchased it

Largely for the service rather than the product
3/5 for the product. Nice elements but quite a cheap plastic thing - glad I got it when it was on offer.1/5 is for Spinmaster. I had a defect with one of the magnet elements. The makers, Spinmaster, wasted my time with lots of back and forth emails before they offered me a Paw Patrol replacement (so a completely different product for a different age range). If you're going to make toys with moving parts, have a way of sending replacements for the bits that don't work! Hasbro manages this easily.3/5 for Amazon customer service. I gave up with Spinmaster and tried Amazon directly. The guy on the phone I spoke to was eventually helpful and ordered a replacement and pick up (after I had to point out I had no Every/Asda drop off anywhere near me a couple of times, and that the fault was Amazon's not mine). The pick up driver comes 2 days later and won't take the return without a printed sticker. Nice guy but clearly doesn't speak English enough to be able to work through any issues. The customer service guy never mentions the need for a sticker and I don't have a printer (because it's 2024 and everyone else has moved online!). The pick up driver has now driven away and the parcel is still in my house.Nearest I've come to thinking that it's time to abandon Amazon and buy Xmas presents elsewhere.

Happy harry potter fan
New to Harry Potter my young grandson loved this castle, especially the fact there was light and sound. Christmas morning spent building it which was pretty straightforward referring to pictures on box
