I hesitated about buying this after reading some comments saying they were having difficulty fitting the GU10 light bulbs. However I bought it anyway and am happy with the way it looks. It is a bit tricky fitting the light bulbs, but there is a knack to it and NO FORCE is required. Having been forewarned by the comments, I practiced fitting a bulb before installing the unit. When the bulb is in the right position it drops in about a quarter of an inch, and then you can use two fingers to twist it a bit clockwise. The bulb sockets might need straightening up a bit so they line up with the bulbs properly.

As others have said the bulbs are quite tricky to fit however this depends on which type of GU10 you have.Plastic ones are easier to fit - I used the rubber tool to seat the bulb then licked thumbs pressed against the bulb face and twist.Glass bulbs - impossible.Otherwise quite happy with the unit at £18 it's quite good value. The spotlights move around smoothly and the fixing bracket has loads of holes in it - ideal if your ceiling has been thrashed over the years

Wish I read the reviews first .. As alot said the bulbs are pretty hard to get in .. put them in before you put the light up .. even then it is very fiddly .. my electrician did not manage .. after Internet research I wrapped wide tape around the edge of the bulb therefore had like a extention and eventually managed .. once you get the bulbs in a lovely light .. but definitely a design fault ..

The lights themselves were a nice upgrade to our kitchen. However, the hardest thing is to get the bulbs in. The bulb inserts right into the tube and there is NO finger room and you are not supposed to touch the bulb with you fingers. The manufacturer has supplied a suction pad which is meant to stick over the bulb surface ... firstly, it's hard to get it to stick and secondly, when you do, it soon becomes unstuck, so beware it is easy to drop a bulb. When you do manage to get it to stick you've then got to try and line up the bulb and insert into two holes then twist the bulb to fix into the unit. At thus point the suction pad often become loose and drops off so again, beware, you might think the bulb is in but it isn't!

Value for money, but very difficult to fit light bulbs - even with the rubber gripper thing.
