I’ve been taking them for a while now and genuinely feel great after using them. My digestion feels more balanced, bloating has reduced, and my overall energy levels seem better too. I’ve been using the Bio Cultures for the past month-alongside my partner, and we’ve both noticed significant improvements in our gut health. Love these. Completely fixed what I thought was 'ibs' for years. Gentle on the stomach and have eliminated my bloating and fixed all my issues. I take only one a day rather than two, which I would recommend for long-term maintenance - just double up when there's flare ups. Couldn't recommend more.
