What a great book.As a pastor, I am looking forward to encouraging the women in my church – young and old, Christian for decades or new to the faith – to purchase But I Flourish. The honesty with which Aimee shares her story and the way she unpacks biblical truth had me nodding my head in agreement as so much resonated with my own walk.Aimee’s heart for her reader to “flourish now, confident that God’s heart” is for us to “grow and thrive no matter how dry or rocky” the places we find ourselves is evident throughout. I particularly love the way she peels back layers of scripture using the original Hebrew or Greek to take us to deeper understanding of what it truly looks like to flourish wherever we are planted.I found myself thinking of so many women I would love to give this book to as I was reading it, and for that reason alone, I highly recommend you purchase two copies. One for yourself, and one to give away. After all, who doesn’t want to thrive?!
