Q: What is exact length of pipe and from which point to measure it, I cannot focus at all right now.

The large pipe's length is 60 cm and for the smaller is 30 cm, means total is 90 cm. BUT THE TELESCOPE GIVE YOU THE CLEAR IMAGE WHEN YOU WILL ADJUSTED THAT TOTAL LENGTH (including eye piece pipe) TO 70 CM . You have to adjust the length to focus the object which you want to see.

Q: what are the bodies that i can view with 87x 50mm lens on decently clear night i plan to use it for more than just moon. can i view jupiter, saturn?

You will use one objective lens size pipe of 60cm and one eyepiece size pvc pipe of 20cm Then you are able to see Saturn and jupiter a little bit you are able to see some jupiter moons and Saturn rings

Q: though I have received a broken lens but still I have tried to look but it is blur why ?

Your main pipe lenth should be 60 cm & focuser pipe should 20 cm
