Q: How do I safely clean/sanitize my ocarina?

As far as I can know, you can gently wash the ocarina in warm soapy water, rinse and then air dry. Didn't try it, but have no reason to doubt it wouldn't work.

Q: Would it be hard for a person who has only one hand to play?

good question. I think if I suddenly only had one hand, I would opt for a smaller ocarina with only 6 holes. to begin with anyway. For the Alto C ocarina, I find I need 2 hands to provide balance. Hope that helps.
