Q: How do i set sleep mode? no instructions and checked hallmark site. they only have a replacement remote. help!?! please

Turn feature button on and night mode button to on. Located on the side. Then plug the unit in where you want to put it. If you unplug unit you have to re set. Now on the back wind to exactly 12:10 and then push and release the button labeled Reset. A tiny black button on back . It is now set to 12:10 AM or just after midnight. Now just turn the hands slowly clockwise til you come to the current time. You may have to pass 12 again if it is in the afternoon. The clock will then stop chiming at 9 pm until 6 am the next morning.

Q: Would love to know the names if the classical pieces it plays...

The songs played are: Flower Duet by Leo Delibes Carmen’s Suite #1 Intermezzo by Georges Bizet Cantata #208 by J.S. Bach

Q: How do I coordinate the songs/ chimes to match the same number hour?

1. Plug in clock 2. Set the “night mode” to on 3. Using the knob on the back of the clock, set the time to 12:10 4. Press and release the reset button. This will program the clock to 12:10am 5. Set clock to desired time. You will start hearing chimes when the clock reaches 6am. 6. If desired turn off night mode (I don’t recommend that, the clock is LOUD) 7. Place clock where you want it to go

Q: I noticed that it said “keepsake power cord”. Does that mean there isn’t a battery option for power (besides the remote)?.

Apparently there are new ornaments that require the keepsake power cord. I do not own any of this type . Not sure if sure if there is a battery option for the ornament but the way the ornament info is written ,I think there is no battery option.
