Once you turn your heat press on there is a circle button on the bottom of the control panel that says "set" the degrees are displayed next to "work" mash the up or down arrows to set your desired temp, then press the "set" button again. The seconds will them pop up. Mash the up and down arrows again to display the time you desire, then press the "set" button again. You should be ready to go.
