It's fine. It does frey a bit despite the claims. It doesn't fit through my braces, both the plastic sides are too wide/thick. The toothpick part is very good, very handy for people with braces to clean their teeth after lunch in conditions where you can't brush afterwards. It seemed like a good deal for the amount of product for the money.
