Q: What are the ingredients?

The active ingredient is HybenX(R) which a mixture of "sulfonated phenolics (hydroxybenzenesulfonic acid, hydroxymethoxybenzenesulfonic acid), sulfuric acid, water, FD&C Red #40."

Q: Why is the language on the box in Turkish?

I had the same question about a different language on the box and the instructions inside the box was a different language. My review about Oralmedic was rejected never published. After purchasing this product I had no idea how to use or if it was safe I threw it in the trash, I would never purchase again.

Q: How is this with cankers on the tongue?

That is where I had mine. It works great only if you use it within a couple of days of getting the canker sores, it is not effective on ones that you have had for awhile. But for ones you have had for 2 or 3 days or less, it will get rid of them within a few days to a couple of weeks, depending on the the size of the canker sore. Mine were very large and it work great, all of them were on my tongue.
