Q: Does the case come with slots already cut out or do you have to cut it out yourself?

Yes they come with pre cut pieces of foam you can pull out depending on how many cards you have. No cutting necessary! I definitely recommend for small to medium collections.

Q: Does it snugly fit top loaders or do they shift about?

Fits the Ultra Pro Semi Rigid Card Holders perfectly, magnetic cases, and case w/screws. Top loaders fit but not snugly.

Q: Will sgc slabs fit in this case? i am worried that they are too tall.

4 and a half inches tall and 3 and a half inches wide are the measurements for slots in our case.
