You probably will have to download an app called an Equalizer. Get one that has a simple way to change bass, treble, and mid-range. They often have too many selections to make it difficult. IDK enough to recommend one.

The following steps is how to connect your bluetooth devce. Hope this can help for you. 1、Please keep your headset and your bluetooth device as close as you can , within 1 meter. 2、Swithc to " ON", it will prompt "Ready to pair" after 5 Seconds, the red and blue lights flash alternately when headset i read for pairing. 3、Turn on "Bluetooth " in setting your device and find the headset name SX-990 4、Click SX-990, Bluetooth headset get connect with you device. automatically and prompt "Pairing completed" and the also will prompt"Device connected" when successfully connected with SX-990. Some may require pass code with 0000" Thanks

Q: Is it loud enough to use without the earbuds in your ear?

The earbuds are the speakers, and there are not any general speakers for general listening. You would need to utilize the earbuds for an effective listening experience.

I got this product and found to be okie Dokie..u feel great when you hear music with this. But when it comes to Bluetooth range ..literally your phone to be too close to it when I compare JBL range . It's quite heavy and at times can be irritating .
