Would it be easy enough to remove the wire word in the background? I'm not a fan & feel like it would just tangle necklaces.

I suppose you could cut it out with a wire cutter if you don’t like it. It doesn’t interfere. Really like the armoire however

What kind of wood is this? is mdf used?

It is made of solid wood which is paulownia wood. It's not mdf.

I received my armoire but the hardware and the key were not included. Can these be shipped to me?

Actually, we pack the hardware and the key together behide the foam which is used to pack armoire. So, could you please check it again if there is it or not. I'll appreciate that.

Since the mirror isn’t a good glass, what to use to clean? My norwex cloths or windex isn’t doing the job without spots all over. Any ideas?

Hi Kristi, I’m very sorry you are having a problem cleaning the glass on your jewelry Armoire. I know this sent (high quality) glass, but maybe you have received a bad piece of glass! I would check into a replacement product or a refund. I clean ALL my glass & windows with my NORWEX clothes & nothing else. You can try using a few drops of Norwex liquid dish soap with water in a spray bottle, and try your Norwex clothes and see if that makes a difference.
