Needed a longer padlock to fit apex shed and fits perfectly good quality lock

Great for the first month outside keeping my shed locked. Now it’s rusted, can’t unlock and bent the keys. Don’t buy if using outside, it clearly isn’t weatherproof.

Why did you choose this product over others?: Alright for sheds, just doesn't always open on first unlocking

I bought this lock mid-February 2025 for my shed. My existing shed padlock was about 5 years and had served me well but was showing signs of wear. I have to admit this new padlock and the key felt rather flimsy. Over late winter I had a couple of days where it froze shut but it eventually opened. Now today in mid-April I cannot get the lock open at all. I am going to have to borrow my neighbour’s bolt cutter. I appreciate the padlock was not expensive but a lock that doesn’t open is not just useless it’s a huge frustration and might create a lot of damage to remove
