Made the fudge recipe for the holidays. White chocolate chips and peanut butter recipe. It was so good. I wrapped up a few pieces in wax paper and tied with very thin ribbon. Everyone loved it. It didn't get gritty at all, was very smooth.

Seemed like good sweetened condensed milk to me, although it's not a product I use a lot. There were a lot of dented cans, but I'm seeing that more and more with lighter steel used in all kinds of cans the last few years. I set aside the worst ones and pressure cooked them for dulce du leche sauce (15-20 minutes in a pressure cooker at 15 psi, let the and do not try and open the cans until they are cool). I'd buy this again.
