Great phone easy to use

great little phone can read the numbers now it is great getting old

Bought for my elderly neighbour. Hasn't taken her long to navigate at all. Buttons are a good size and it's very easy to use. The dock allows for easy charging and the sim adapter that comes with it, was a great help.

Good phone easy for my dad to use . Unfortunately he miss placed the charger and I cannot find a replacement one to purchase do gave had to buy another phone! Not good

This phone is not charging we’ve tried everything but it’s no working and makes a noise whilst it’s plugged in but won’t charge I’d like a replacement please asap as it’s for my father who’s got dementia and in a care home so he needs it for us to contact him

I purchase this phone for my mum who his 90 year old she has found they helpful with having a large keyboard and can see the the digits and now making good use of it. The phone it's self his well made and the battery life is very good easy to use and set up I would recommend anybody looking for a very good product to give this a try.

I have failed to make it work due to my own incompetence. I'm fed up with it. I don't want the refund, give it to someone who can make it work.

Got this for my 80 year old mum. Her old phone stopped working and she needed something new. It holds the charge well it’s it is not easy or clear for her to use at all. You can’t see a reel of messages sent between her and the person she messages. And it’s quite all over the place to navigate. No where near as easy to use as people said. Had to find her old phone for sale so she can just go back to using that. Disappointed to say the least.
