Q: I ordered this machine in March and love it, but the corner of the door where the magnet broke. Is this covered under any warranty? I need it replaced along with the red knob at the ned of the handle. It is cracked and doesn't stay threaded. It needs to be replcaed also. thanks

Yes it is but you need to contact the company. Also you owners manual has a customers service number or address in it.

Q: Is it easy to burn the popcorn?

Yes. It does not automatically dump the popcorn. You have to stand by and dump yourself when the popping slows (like when you microwave it). With that said it only takes a fews minutes to pop when hot, and I have not burned it yet!

Q: Does the machine detach from the cart and make a table top popper?

Yes, the top section can work independently from the cart. It rests on the bottom section and is not attached with any bolts, etc.

Q: Is this machine able to come apart into two pieces, or is the popcorn cabinet permanently attached to the rolling section?

Hi, - The rolling section is separate from the popcorn chamber, but is not a single unit. It comes in pieces.The machine comes as a kit. Instructions show how it is assembled. They're OK, but could be improved to help us put it together. The lower section comes in separate pieces, wheels, framing, cabinet, etc., - while the upper section (popping chamber) is almost a single unit. Not difficult, but give yourself some extra time to fully understand how it all comes together. My Son has a different brand and said that his machine was bigger. But this one is adequate for our needs. Makes great popcorn. The grandkids love it! We hope you enjoy yours much as we do ours. bon apetite!
