Q: What is the difference bitween the ocf speedring and the rfi speeding?

The OCF Speed Ring can not handle the heat of higher wattage heads and modeling lights. The OCF Ring is designed exclusively for the battery powered B1 and B2 heads, which each have LED modeling lights.Hope that helps!

Yes it works with both B1 and B2 and it is made to fit pretty much any softbox.
