yes fits perfectly with enough room either side for your feet. fully stuffed its just right thickness floor to seat without struggles. gotten many compliments on how it is the perfect hand carry bag.

Q: I'm buying a 13" macbook pro. i also have a 10.5" ipad. for daily use, this seems fine. when i travel, however, is there room for a bose headset/case?

I regularly carry my Macbook air, tablet, kindle, clipboard, two large and two small moleskine notebooks, a 2" bible, a cable organizer, Sony mx4 headphones, and a few other things. It all fits. That pretty much puts it at capacity though.
