Almost in a fit that they didn't work out of the pkg BUT I found all 4 needed to be connected to the receiver before use, (uses program Code 961 & last 6 #s of Rid#, RID# is found by reset button in front panel of receiver). So after a google search & a bit of patience to go thru the steps for each remote we are all set. They work awesome. We no longer have to worry about the old sticky remotes - and can now use RF vs IR with our receivers. Which if you're not tech savvy means I can power/change the channel without being in direct line of TV ... I plan on messing with TV viewers in the house very soon :) "hey I don't know why it keeps changing channels" lol
