Q: Is this a wah pedal? Does it work with the B3?

With my zoom G2 it works as a volume OR wah pedal depending on the patch selected.It has no internal electronics its just a hardware/trigger.

Yes, the pedal can control the volume, rate, mix, sense, etc. It just depends on the effects / patch you're using it for and how you set it up.
