Washers that come with tap are rubbish so bought some new ones. Tap looks good once fitted but has developed a whistle already after a few days. Think it’s the thermostat so needs a new part

Please do not buy this item
Hi,I've purchased this item last month and it took us a while to find a suitable time with the plumber to come and fit it. Today, after struggling for one hour, the plumber told me that the product is faulty as the right side fits, however the left side after tightening a bit just pops out. After more than an hour, he put the old one back in lesst than 1 minute, and advised me to get another brand. Unfortunately, the return window is closed, so we cannot return it either.I would recommend avoiding this product.

Great quality and easy to fit!
Really impressed for the price - very easy to fit as both uprights are free from the main unit so plenty of give to get the tap in the right place before tightening everything. Very well packaged and feels very good quality. A large roll of ptfe tape included in the box too. Only been in place for a week so cannot attest to longevity but seems really good value.
