Great scale for large people

I like that it talks to you so it I’ll tell you when it’s ready for you to get on because it’ll bring up the zeros and tell you and then you can get on and if you can’t see the numbers it will tell you what the numbers are so very easy to use

Junk, doesn't work
XL-700 Scale would not work. Display went wacko and nothing including battery removal would do a reset. Worthless scale for $88.00; much more than many similar scales from different brands.

If you don/t mind taking out the batteries to turn it off, this might be for you
I like the width, the easy-to-read display, the ease to get on - that is the stars. That I have to take out the batteries to get it to turn off is a problem that makes this not very convenient.Sitting on the level floor it shows the weight (in all types of measure though not the same - I don't think 7.6 lbs and 2.7 kg are the same), , there are no instructions for taring off or calibrating the scale that comes with the item. So I guess since it shows weight it remains on all the time - but since it shows different weights at different scales, I guess I subtract it from the measure? I'll check back in a while to see if it ever turns off.UPDATE - after last battery replacement, it now shows 0.0 and all the voice does is say 0.0 and it still never turns off on it own - i let it go for an hour (the voice off). I really like the width, the ease to get on, the easy to read weight. And I am not supposed to weigh more than once a week anyway, so having to take out a battery just reinforces that. I wish though it would turn off on its own.

Batteries NOT included...
Product description and product packaging itself say, "batteries included." However, upon arrival, no batteries were included. Checked both the product box as well as the Amazon box -- no batteries.Great scale. Poor product description and advertising.
