Gymnastic must have
I bought the X brace for my granddaughter who as a young gymnast was experiencing foot pain. After a few days use, she remarked at how well her foot was feeling. And now I can give great recommendations for your product. Have also told the other gym mums your details. WELL DONE for a great item.

Very disappointed
Bought xs so should fit daughter as small size 3. Too tight to wear long at gym and kept coming off at the heel, so has stopped wearing them after 2 tries. When discussed with coaches who recommended this product they said that in their experience it is usual for them to come off. Back to the drawing board as she has plantir facilities and severs so needs something supporting but not too tight and that stays on!

Not supportive enough for gymnastics training
Doesn’t provide support and pain relief during gymnastics training and often falls off despite being the right size.

Verdit still out
My daughter didn't LOVE these, she felt the heel fell off sometimes and did not provide the cushion she wanted (although I knew it would not)I ended up buying ones with a cushion but plan to have her continue using this when she has little/no pain hoping it will keep it at bay. I don't like her wearing an ankle brace all the time as it will impact her ankle strength negatively by building dependence.I give it a 4 as I dont know what they could do differently.... but do think it is a bit expensive for what it is
