Q: What's the differences in use/situations and performance between the three sizes (6x5, 9x7, 13x8)?

Typically the larger the diffuser the more the light from the flash will be spread over a greater angle giving you a softer, less intense light on the scene being photographed. The two smaller diffusers (6x5 and 9x7) can be used directly mounted to a flash on the hot shoe of your camera, although the 9x7 can get awkward to handle when used on camera. The 13x8 unit is best used on a flash which is pole mounted and being used as an off-camera or slave light source.

Q: Which size do you recommend to shoot outside?

It depends what you are shooting outside. If you are shooting a cathedral you need more than a camera flash. If you are shooting a horse outdoors use the largest size. If shooting a human face, use either of the smaller two. If shooting a plate of fruits, use the smallest one. The smaller the diffuser, the more narrow the light cast but brighter. The larger the diffuser, the larger the angle of light cast but dimmer.

Q: which size will fit a godox v860ii TTL flash?

Though I can't specifically say it will fit the godox, its design makes it highly adaptable and able to fit a large variety of flash units. Because of the manner in which it attaches to the flash, it should accommodate any flash unit with a rectangular shape. jag

Not sure. Inexpensive enough I wasn’t concerned. Decently built so with care they should hold up.
