I was pleased with these cushion inserts they are vacuum packed neatly in box,I took out and fluffed them up and left overnight to breathe a bit,once in covers they are very comfortable to support back,also very soft for head when lying down on,have ordered more to replace more old inserts...

Very fast delivery and not overpacked. Quite amusing how small the vacuum packed cushions appear when they arrive. Booklet telling you how to unpack is also amusing, as it claims that pulling them into fluffiness by hand should take a few days, however i am pleased to say that a few minutes on each one had them fluffed and ready to use. Appear good quality and size as advertized, might update when, or if, i need to wash them as it suggests cool washing machine then air dry to get them back to normal.

These are just perfect, so soft and comfortable.
