A great flour from a UK Mill
As a bread maker I buy in bulk - buying their brown and 00 Pizza flour in bulk. Never had a bad batch. Perfect for baking bread and their 00 Pizza flour is silky and makes fab pizza bases and great for all your white bread making too. Comes is a really heavy duty, sealed plastic bag so no worries about damp while being delivered. Customer service is good - contacted as one of the four bags ordered missing - came straight back and said they were very sorry but one was left in warehouse - it was despatched and arrived shortly after contacting. Great UK company.

Wunderloaf
You will have to be of a certain age to understand the spelling on the title. Anyway, after baking bread for 50 years i can tell you this flour makes the best bread. Nuff said.
