Unfortunately this monitor does not support VESA mount. It will work with any video card you select, Nvidia, AMD, Intel integrated graphics, etc. However, they only way to experience the Freesync (Activesync) features is with an AMD video card that supports that technology.

The 144hz will work just fine with an Nvidia card. I have a Strix 1080 that pairs well with this monitor. However, you will experience screen tearing even when the fps is below the refresh rate. There are two solutions to this problem. The first is to use V-sync, which has the potential of slightly reducing your fps but will eliminate screen tearing. The other solution is to run games on DX12. Sniper Elite 4, for example, runs like crap on DX11, but on DX12 it runs like a dream. I hope this helps.
