Very sturdy and easy to gild on the face with some product/lotion. I keep this in the living room and use while I watch tv. It’s great and I see improvements to my skin texture. The Mariel makes it really easy to clean by rising and drying with towel.

I ordered two: one for myself and one for my mom. They are sturdy and glide across the face smoothly. If you run it under hot water, it holds the heat. The weight is good as well. I dropped it a few times on carpet, hard wood floor, and in the sink. I was afraid it would break because of the reviews. But thankfully, it’s still in one piece. It's slippery when using it with products, so try to work over a soft area. Definitely happy with this purchase.

Worked great until I dropped it in my bathroom sink (drop of about 1 foot) and it shattered. Not a resilient material.

I like this tool. I use it after my face routine and just massaging my face with this has changed my skin & shape of my face/neck. It's a solid little heart shaped tool that you can freeze or warm up. It seems well made; I dropped it a couple times and it did not break like others claimed. It's easy to use and a unique thing to add to your beauty routine.

Not sure how much it depuffs my face but the quality of the product itself is pretty good. Had it for 6 months now and it still seems new.

I LOVE THIS PRODUCT! I have used many products similar to this but never this good. It feels more athletic to the touch. Cooling to the skin and it remains cool. No need to add lotion/oil for a smooth slid. This will do it without applying products on the area. Love love love it. Highly recommend to anyone. For the price too! It’s a no brainer

Hace mucho que utilizo Gua Sha y siempre había utilizado de cuarzo, vi que una de las influencers que más sigo la utiliza y decidí probarlo y la verdad me encanta, la conservo en el refrigerador y la utilizo todas las mañanas, se siente delicioso y creo que si es más efectiva. Me gusta y la recomiendo.

Dropped it and it completely shattered everywhere

I received the package and washed it for use. It was set on the bathroom counter to dry but upon getting knocked into the vanity sink (only a 6” drop from the edge of the counter top) it shattered into dozens of pieces.
