As pictured
As pictured, a band holder for the end would make it better. Can fit very large thighs. I give it 4 stars because I did not receive a workout sheet.

Great product
I recently bought the tight Leg band's which you can barely move in. But these are two different adjustable straps. I received the same as the photos. They seem very durage. My only issue is when I tried to put them around my legs they just fell off. So I just do it with one leg band for both legs..
