It's my intent for this review to be helpful to you, and if you only read one, read this one.Here is my impression; I've tried to hit the points you need to know, and constantly update this review.In general, everything is put together well, from the packaging, to the way pieces connect. Unit feels sturdy and does not emit heat during charging, even if left plugged in for extended periods of time. One battery arrived at about 80% while the other was empty, here's the info I have so far regarding actual power (updated accordingly):-The capacity of the batteries on a Sony Alpha 6000 and/or 6300 lasts nearly equally of around 300 shots (Sony's claimed amount) or 3 hours of intermittent shooting (I will more thoroughly test this and update accordingly).-Included batteries seem to unpreventably lose their charge over time, as much as 10% per day.-The charger charges empty batteries fully in about 2.25hrs.-Sony OEM batteries obviously do fit in the charger, too.So far the only thing I could foresee people disliking is the cable, which is of a thin, ribbon type. I don't mind because it's more tangle-free.My conclusion previously focused on the main perk of this item being its price, but a few years later I noticed that nearly doubled. So while the RAVPower Charger may not be the cheapest, it still rivals genuine Sony quality.*1-YEAR(ish) UPDATE*This charger's still spitting out fully- and quickly-charged batteries.*3-YEAR UPDATE*Unit finally shows signs of wear-and-tear; the port where the micro USB cable plugs into seems to have become loose internally, making charging difficult if it's not in the perfect position. While the batteries have not decreased in capacity too noticeably, I'm getting in touch with the seller to see what can be done about their charger. Three years is still decent longevity, although I would have preferred longer...

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Very much liked the packaging. The box will not have a wall adapter but that can be acquired anyway or a phone charger can be used too. Batteries fit my camera (I have a Sony A5100). And last about the same as the Sony one. The charger has a plastic-y feel to it. We will see about durability in the future. Other than that, great product.

These are amazing. I purchased a couple several months ago and they quickly became my favorite batteries. I have several Sony batteries and I had been purchasing the wasabi batteries until I realized that they weren't recording for very long. The wasabis would only record for a half hour to 45 minutes. But these go much longer than even my Sony batteries. Last night I needed to film a conference, so naturally, I made sure I had both of my RavPower batteries in my battery grip. I ended up filming for an hour and forty five minutes and I only went through one of the batteries. What, that is amazing. I also love the charger, I keep it plugged into my portable battery at shoots. I can't believe I kept buying Wasabi batteries, I have 8 of them and I have to constantly make sure I am not using them at important times. I will definitely be buying more of these.Edit: I have been using these for several months now and they are still exceeding my expectations. But I just bought a new camera so I can test them against new Sony batteries. (obviously, I wouldn't buy Sony batteries now that I know about these). I did a shoot with my A7s and A7sii set to identical settings and shot for over an hour straight. The Sony battery was down to 10% while the RavPower was still at 18%. Awesome right?

For the price you cannot beat this! The dual battery charger is a lifesaver. It's also very convenient that you just plug it in to any micro-usb 5V power source. I also can't tell any noticeable difference between these batteries and the official batteries from Sony. As far as I can tell, they last just as long, charge equally fast. Plus now that I have 4 batteries to rotate through I'm putting less charge cycles on each of them so they'll all last longer. This is a great deal and so far I'm very satisfied.

These are awesome. I use a Sony a7sii and filmed an entire wedding with these two batteries alone. Love them. And I love that the charger has light indicators for each battery. Delivery was fast, packaging looked great and they value is unbeatable, especially with the warranty.

Picked these up for my Sony A7II which has terrible battery life. I found these to be substantially better than expected. Fully charged I was able to shoot all day on one battery - (btw I shoot with a fully manual lens using focus peaking) so nothing bad to say here - these batteries definitely out perform the spare originals that I have and I would absolutely buy again.

I have not had any issues with these batteries or chargers. Fully charges two batteries pretty, within an hour. Can't notice any difference between the longevity of these batteries and the Sony OEM batteries. It's definitely not lacking abd the dual charger is extra convenient! I just ordered two more RAVPower batteries.I have not tried to charge the Sony OEM battery with this charger, but have seen mixed reviews on whether you can, or should. I did find that my assistant placed a RAVPower battery on the Sony OEM charger and immediately took it out when I noticed - it was probably on the charger for 30 min. I have not experienced any issues because of this.

I adore this camera battery charger. Recently purchased the Sony a6000 and you HAVE to have backup batteries for that camera. It drains so quickly. Having read that before I bought the camera, I thankfully bought this charges & batteries at the same time. The two lights indicate which battery is charging (red light) and when they are fully charged (green light) separatately for each battery. It's really handy!I also love the size. It fits easily in my camera bag so I can carry it with me when traveling. Only thing: I wish the charging cord was longer. It's a little short, so you have to find a plug next to a table or have it charge on the floor.

Wrong pictures. Product is completely different from actual product. There is no USB c input. There is no digital screen to show the level of battery charged.

Recieved it today. Put to charge. The battery feels sturdy on touch, looks good.Will charge it and then use it and post reviews maybe after a week or more.Also the charger is not as described, misses the lcd showing charging info, but that's okaybas long as the batteries are good.Too early to say anything.Update :All good, backup is good even in -ve temperatures.One can buy, good purchase.

I KNOW RAVpower makes good batteries for the price, i have the older, more flat version of the charger and it works perfect.... BUT with the new version with the batteries that sit vertically... WTF this is my SECOND one ive ordered because surprise, one of the batteries was defective. Not worried, stuff like this happens, so requested a refund and ordered the same thing. got the SECOND order and ANOTHER battery is just dead! It WILL NOT charge... what happened RAVpower? Ive never had issues with previous product, but do you guys not even test your batteries now with a multi meter? like how does this happen twice in a row? is everyone getting dead cells?

Bought this expecting decent quality from the Ravpower brand. Unfortunately, it's anything but. The batteries drain out significantly faster than Sony's original. The charger flaked out within a week of use, tripping the power brick. It is now e-waste. The return window closed by the time I got through this experience and there is no warranty. Do not buy.

Very good quality. Lasts as long as my OEM batteries for less than half the price of one battery here in Canada. The charger works well and it does't over heat and is solidly built. I will buy again when I need another pair of batteries. For the price I consider the charger free! Easily used in a car with a 12v USB adapter or even a battery bank. I was annoyed Sony doesn't have a dual battery charger that could be used by anything but an AC outlet, which is inefficient. Saves on power with less power conversion.
