Q: Can you use this to smoke a bowl?

I use mine to lite a beeswax wick and then use the wick to light my bowls.

Q: How good is the quality?

Terrible. I used mine twice. It is completely lifeless. Throwing away. Bummer, bc I liked the idea of it & the safety features, but I guess it was too good to be true. It was well taken care of, around no liquids, safely stored in a drawer of candles, etc. It states it works for 500 uses, try 2 in my case. Do nit waste your money.

Q: Do you have to hold the button or switch to light?

Yes，you need to hold activation button after slide out the tip. This is design for preventing mistakenly touching.

Q: Just got mine recently and it all of sudden won’t charge and stopped working?

Sometimes carbon from candle soot and charring wax produced by candle burn or other sundries sticks on the tips of product will be ignited by electric arc . You can clean the tip parts of lighter with soft cloth first. If lighter still can not work fine, we will let Amazon Warehouse send you new one or fullrefund. Please send us your order ID, delivery information to our service mail.（Amazon hide all of your information, they don’t want supplier to contact buyer ）.
