Q: where are the patches manufactured ?

They are made in China. And, btw, they won't stay on for the two full weeks. I've had better luck with Skin Tac wipes, an adhesive barrier wipe.

Q: Does patch work with 670g cgm?

These work with the Dexcom G6 CGM. I don't know what a 670g cgm is.

Q: Does this work with an app so I can get warnings from the patches to my phone or iwatch?

Hi, this is only just a flat piece of adhesive patch to help secure the sensor. It's not the actual sensor device as you would need to buy that separately.

Q: Is the adhesive on the entire back of the patch? or is the center without glue, so if the patch fails it doesn't pull off the sensor?

The center part does not have glue, so if the patch was aligned correctly when it was applied, then it will not pull off the sensor if the patch fails. However, the patch is pretty durable and it lasts for at least a week before the edge started to frail.
