Q: Can this be used in a 3/4" thickness pour which some might classify as a deep pour? can you tell me the durometer? rigid or semi-rigid.

too deep. Only up to a 1/4" is recommended

Q: Would this product be good for both a deep crack filler, and a tabletop coat layer for an outdoor table? Or combine with another product?

I have only used it for epoxy resin molds. With the ease of use, no big smell, it has fewer bubbles than most I have used.

I know you can use it over copper because I've used it to encase copper. As to the volume you need to cover, that's going to take math, but it's going to take a bit more than you think. You'll have to see how many sq ft the set covers to determine. 2x6x1/4" would work out to 3 sqft total. Honestly, you wouldn't have to do it in bits. You could make a dam around the counter and pour the whole thing at once. It's a chemical reaction, so it will cure just as fast at an inch as it will 1/4" For hints on how to apply epoxy to a counter with prep and finishing, I'd check out the Stone Coat Countertops channel on YouTube. Lots of info.

Q: How many sf will the 32 oz cover (i want to cover a 2'x2' piece if live edge lumber for a end table) ?

Not sure of the total area, but 2 feet by 2 feet it will cover
