Helps with my fissures. Was able to use this between doctor visits and it works wonders. I insert with a q tip

I believe this helped speed up my recovery, but it did not stop the pain & burning as advertised.

Timely and effective!! Great Service

One of the other reviews said this has the same active ingredients as Pranicura 5 so I gave it a try. Should have known better. Pranicura has the consistency of cool whip, is very easy to apply, and gives instant relief - Dr Butler's formula is a thick gel that is very difficult to get out of the tube, doesn't spread very well, and doesn't give any relief. Even though Pranicura is $50, it's a way better investment that this stuff.BTW, Pranicura is very expensive and takes a while to work (weeks or months), but at least it helps the situation.

not working for me yet

This started working immediately for me. I was miserable. Started healing on day 1. I have tried several things for years. Mine had gotten worse so much that I didn’t know what to do worst misery in my life. I cannot express enough how this works so fast. I even have a RX nitroglycerin that was twice as much$ and doesn’t hold a candle to this. It coats and heals all at the same time.
