Do not allow product to contact any plant grown for human or animal consumption."

We recommend investigating as to what the animal is that causing this issue to be sure this product will work on it.

It won't hurt pets. Dogs generally don't like the smell. The active ingredient is castor oil. It doesn't smell good. If your pet eats it the worst thing that might happen is diarrhea.
