Easy to pull data from a spreadsheet into different fields on the label. Great interface!
Fantastic printer at a great price point. I've used Zebra products for years. Software is very easy to navigate and makes creating price tags, barcode labels and shelf tags a breeze by just pointing it to whatever spreadsheet you use and telling it which column corresponds to what element of your label.

Easy to use, NOT DEPENDABLE FOR BUSINESSES.
Zebra are great at creating Printers, not Online Services. They've had an outage within the app, and their support team took me on a runaround troubleshooting until they said "oh, it's a known issue that DATE AND TIME FIELDS are not working". Are you serious? We use this to capture the live date/time stamps in real time. The mobile app just stopped working. Wasted 3 hours troubleshooting this, rebuilding Excel files and data sources all for nothing.Their response was "Our engineering team is working on this, it will take 1-2 weeks". That's one to two weeks of shutting down our kitchens. Thanks.Go with a Bother alternative. It will take longer to set up, but it's not worth the complete BS that is zero reliability.ALSO: Their software stinks. No way to manage multiple logins, administrations for multi-site deployments, binding to an online database does NOT work what so ever.And... label availability is a complete joke. Responsibly sourced natural diamonds are more easily sourced than your labels, which have to be bought piece by piece costing us over 10 cents per label. All in all, it's a cute concept, cute packaging, but a service that has zero real support behind it.Avoid like the plague.

Works perfect
I tried using basic Avery pages to print barcodes for my boutique. Lining up margins got so frustrating that I decided to splurge and purchase this printer. SO glad I did as it has saved me some serious time and headaches. I wish I had just bought this right off the bat. Install took me a minute, but once I got it going, it’s been great. Every once in a while, a barcode prints out splotchy but it’s rare and considering how many barcodes I’ve printed, I still 100% recommend.

This is a great Label printer...when its working!!
So let me start off by saying I really do like this label printer and have gotten a ton of use out of it. I really like how easy it is to use and how you can print wirelessly from a computer or phone. The only problem is sometimes it will go offline and it is a pain trying to get it reconnected to continue printing. Overall its a great printer for the price and I have had it long enough I have it figured out on what I need to do when it stops printing.

Pretty Cool for a Printer
I bought the 2 inch version of this printer last week. Haven't used it a ton yet, but gotta say it's pretty cool. Setup was really simple - no USB cable. It's more like setting up a Nest camera or an Alexa than a typical printer. You get an app for your phone to set it up and print and also a login to your own web portal where you can design your own labels and print from the web. They say the label cartridges are compostable so you can just throw them in the recycle bin when empty. I haven't seen that before - it's a nice touch. I like the way the printer looks on my desk and the printed labels look good. So far I'm impressed.

Inconsistent function, non-existent support
We're a tech support / computer repair shop that purchased this to label client devices - we're very familiar with troubleshooting network-connected printers.Setting this printer up requires that you connect through a Zebra account. They only supply one installer package and that installer requires that you sign in through your Zebra account. For a handful of our machines, setup went through flawlessly. On one of our machines, the button to sign in to the Zebra account wouldn't open the window so we could not proceed any further. On another machine, the end of the installer said "Success!" with a big green checkmark, but the message below said "Error" with no additional information. The printer wasn't usable, and attempting to reinstall it required that we uninstall and reinstall the entire print application each time.We reached out to Zebra support who gave us a bunch of busywork to perform that was unrelated to the issue at hand. When we asked, we came to discover there is no regular printer driver available and the installer does not store a log with any information about what went wrong. They eventually "escalated the issue", but we have yet to hear back. It's now been 3 and a half weeks, and every now and then a workstation will fail to print a label with the error "not connected" - even though the Zebra status monitor shows the printer as online and accurately reports how many labels are left. The workstation will have to be restarted in order to print.Ironically, the side of the box says "End the Plug n' Pray"If you try to print more than two labels at a time, they start to come out faded or with blank streaks through them - even if you turn the heat up all the way. There's nothing to cut the labels, so half the time when you try to tear off a label it tears it in half instead. We're returning this and trying something else.If this printer is clunky and inconvenient for the tech inclined to use, I can't imagine what the average consumer's experience is like.We just want a basic printer that we can send jobs to over the network, by IP Address. With Zebra's implementation, it seems like everything needs to go through their cloud server. If that server ever goes offline or becomes unavailable, your printer becomes a paperweight.
