No USB! Then in order to download Windows driver you must create a Zebra workspace online. Currently free but we all know not for long. You still cannot use printer on a pc until you download the mobile app to a smart phone and add your printer to your Zebra workspace acct. You CANNOT add your printer to the website from a pc. This is absurd. To advertise no more "Plug and Pray" is extremely misleading. I have used other Zebra products for 2 decades without issue. Proprietary labels? Oh come on Zebra. Some big mistakes made here.

Zebra are great at creating Printers, not Online Services.They've had an outage within the app, and their support team took me on a runaround troubleshooting until they said "oh, it's a known issue that DATE AND TIME FIELDS are not working". Are you serious?We use this to capture the live date/time stamps in real time. The mobile app just stopped working. Wasted 3 hours troubleshooting this, rebuilding Excel files and data sources all for nothing.Their response was "Our engineering team is working on this, it will take 1-2 weeks". That's one to two weeks of shutting down our kitchens. Thanks.Go with a Bother alternative. It will take longer to set up, but it's not worth the complete BS that is zero reliability.ALSO: Their software stinks. No way to manage multiple logins, administrations for multi-site deployments, binding to an online database does NOT work what so ever.And... label availability is a complete joke. Responsibly sourced natural diamonds are more easily sourced than your labels, which have to be bought piece by piece costing us over 10 cents per label.All in all, it's a cute concept, cute packaging, but a service that has zero real support behind it.Avoid like the plague.

I tried using basic Avery pages to print barcodes for my boutique. Lining up margins got so frustrating that I decided to splurge and purchase this printer. SO glad I did as it has saved me some serious time and headaches. I wish I had just bought this right off the bat. Install took me a minute, but once I got it going, it’s been great. Every once in a while, a barcode prints out splotchy but it’s rare and considering how many barcodes I’ve printed, I still 100% recommend.

So let me start off by saying I really do like this label printer and have gotten a ton of use out of it. I really like how easy it is to use and how you can print wirelessly from a computer or phone. The only problem is sometimes it will go offline and it is a pain trying to get it reconnected to continue printing. Overall its a great printer for the price and I have had it long enough I have it figured out on what I need to do when it stops printing.

I bought the 2 inch version of this printer last week. Haven't used it a ton yet, but gotta say it's pretty cool. Setup was really simple - no USB cable. It's more like setting up a Nest camera or an Alexa than a typical printer. You get an app for your phone to set it up and print and also a login to your own web portal where you can design your own labels and print from the web. They say the label cartridges are compostable so you can just throw them in the recycle bin when empty. I haven't seen that before - it's a nice touch. I like the way the printer looks on my desk and the printed labels look good. So far I'm impressed.

I rarely write a review unless I am super Happy with a product or Extremely disappointed with a product. I truly wanted this printer to work out for me. I don't know if it has anything to do with my having a Mac and all Apple products but it has software for both Apple and Microsoft so...anyway this is a newer product to zebra with all the bells and whistles I was looking for. However it will just all of the sudden not print it goes offline all the time... and recently it told me it needed data updated and I did that and it still won't print half of my labels. Earlier on when I got the printer I was very pleased, it was easy to set up and it looks nice on the desk but then I started having issues where I would have to call Zebra and get tech support. Each time I did that I had to allow them to remote into my computer...now who wants to allow someone in your computer every time you have an issue? Not me...Sadly it is passed my window to return as I was trying to give it time to work out but today is the last time I will give it a chance to workout. I will be shopping for a new product I may go back to Dymo but I am hoping to find a printer that is more versatile.Another annoying thing about it is every time you change cartridges you lose 2 to 3 labels as it has to cycle and align the new label cartridge. So I have a huge cup full of wasted blank labels that I can't throw away because I feel its a waste LOL but yet they are useless.I feel like I wasted my time, money and research resources on this item. I would not ever recommend this printer from my experiences. Sad Face : (
