Excellent product needed for your health

I take these and think they work. I get upset stomaches a lot less when I take these then when I don’t.

I'm taking this twice a day but haven't noticed any improvement in my digestive problems. I've re-ordered, but if I haven't noticed improvement at the end of two months I plan to try something else.

Expensive 28 day supply of FOS. This is short chain FOS and it is very convenient to take, which is great, but unless this is February, it won't even last a full month before running out. You can get pure FOS powder that is much cheaper than this, and it will easily last a month or more.

Product came in 4 or 5 months out of date. So I sent it back

This product has been a life saver for me. I have had IBS for many years and this is the only thing I've found that has made it bearable. I take twice a day. Morning I also have a probiotic. It works together to give my digestive system the missing pieces that help me digest better. Much better than just a probiotic. I recommend if you think you need this to try it out. It works for me.

Been using it quite a while and i like what it do to my gut.

I am taking medication which upsets my digestion. I have found a combination of probiotics and prebiotics really helps to balance and stabilize my system. This product has made a difference for me.
