Q: Is there a “best” end of that 355-410 spectrum? Like, is it a bell curve, w/ “best” at ~382-383? Or “closer to xxx”? Or are all equal in that range?

It depends on environment. So there's no correct answer, as all env. are different

Q: Has anyone used this in translucent silicone molds with uv curing? basically can this be used like conventional uv resin without a printer

It can be used as a resin without a printer, but You should only really use transparent resin for that. It would have a huge amount of trouble trying to get it to consistently harden if your application is more than a thin layer. Pouring it into a mold I not recommended

Q: how to dispose of failed prints?

If they are printed with ECO resin - just well cure it on the sun and move to Bin
