I like Fluke instruments for their accuracy and dependability

Now I have to go through a return and find another place order.

I ordered two of these and needed them for ISO compliance, so the certificate was critical. I did not receive the certificate for one of them (this is evidenced possibly by the postal weight exceeding 1 pound for the unit with the certificate and within a pound for the one without) I will be returning it if I cannot find a way to get the certificate located and forwarded to me.Update 8 Jun 2016: I didn't get much assistance from Amazon customer service but I took it upon myself to contact the company who did the calibration. Their contact information was on the bar-code sticker attached to the handle of the thermometer. They were very helpful and with the information from the sticker, were able to retrieve a copy of the calibration certificate and supplemental report. I received a pdf copy of the documents by e-mail within a few hours - Many thanks to them for the speedy resolution of my problem.

Fluke makes high quality professional line products. I have wanted one for years and finally had a reason to buy the certified calibrated version. Works well and easy to set up and use.

Just what was ordered. Arrived on time with current calibration sheet.

We ordered 3 of these with the Calibration Certificate;s for precision use with our process. 2 of them are still OK but 1 of them started out reading 2 degrees high. Now it is 6 degrees high and not usable for our process. Since it's purchase date was July 2017, I can't figure out how to get Amazon to make it good.

Much better than the older thermometers.
