What i did for adequate heel support is i customised mine with some firm foam to make the heel shape flat , they otherwise are applying pressure to the back of your heal only ,Fortunately they are gel so they can be bent over a harder mould and taped in place would be better with a little arch support , clearly these are designed to be placed in high heels

they feel very comfortable, but could be a little more adhesive

provides the extra height and is comfortable to wear-i do 12 hr shifts on my feet and these are fine, however adhesion not very good-move about when putting foot wear on

The black fabric on one of them came off on the first use, then every time I tried to use it after it stuck to my sock and moved in the shoe and didn’t stay in place on just that one … it was quite honestly very uncomfortable and annoying

I'm a runner and I've recently suffered with my acillies and currently having physiotherapy..My physiotherapist advised to get heel inserts to reduce the strain on my acillies making it shorter when I walk/run...... I've put them in my running shoes, they feel very comfortable straight away....I haven't tested them running yet as I'm currently not allowed to run until acillies heals.... but I've put them in my everyday shoes as advised and they are very comfortable, I thought they would slip as there's no adhesive but once in place they are secure.... definitely recommend these.

It was unclear but this is one level of lift only and not stackable like other offerings. Difficult to get just right if needed for one shoe only

I have really narrow feet and really struggle to find shoes that fit properly if they're not lace ups (even then it can be tricky because I need the laces really tight). My choices are usually to put up with the slipping heel and potentially get blisters, or put in an insole and squish my toes potentially getting blisters.BUT THESE HAVE CHANGED THE GAME COMPLETELY. Having my heel raised within the shoe gets rid of that extra space that was creating the heel slip, but my toes still have all the room in the rest of the shoe! Finally, I can wear boots with zips, and slip ons and all the things I've never been able to wear before. I'm getting more of these.
