ZEEFO Table Lamps/Indoor Motion Sensor LED Night Light, Portable Retro Battery Powered Light for Bedroom, Bathroom, Babyroom, Dining and Reading

This is one of the best things I've ever bought to use for its intended purpose. I needed a night light for the bathroom in my apartment. Usually I would opt for a little one that plugs into the outlet, but for God knows what reason, the outlet in my bathroom is wired so that the power to it shuts off when you flip the switch off for the regular bathroom light (Why did they wire it that way?). I wanted something that was battery-operated that I could place on the little ledge in my bathroom and that also had a motion sensor so it wouldn't stay on all night and quickly wear down the batteries. Other lights I saw were kind of ugly and utilitarian-looking but then I saw this adorable little lamp with its retro-look reminiscent of the TV lamps that were popular in the 50s that people used in their living room or den to have steady but unobtrusive light in the room while watching television. This lamp had great reviews (though there tons of fake "great reviews" on Amazon these days so sadly the reviews on things can't be trusted as much as in the early Amazon days) and the price was very reasonable so I decided to try this lamp out. It DEFINITELY lives up to the great reviews. I placed the lamp on the ledge that runs along the wall right below the window in my bathroom. It picks up motion from several feet away so it kicks on as soon as I approach the bathroom door. The light is an LED but it's warm amber light, not the harsher white light, and bright enough so you can see just fine but not so bright that it will somewhat "wake you up" like flipping on the regular bathroom light would. And the lamp stays on as long as you don't sit or stand completely still while doing your bathroom business. That being said, you have to make sure to place the lamp where it will still pick up motion if you're on the toilet or at the sink. The lamp does have a switch on the bottom to shut it completely off or on to use for continuous, non-motion sensor light. It's a hard plastic that may be prone to cracking if dropped on a hard surface from a higher spot. The upper part of the lamp (the shade) is fully enclosed so dirt and dust won't get down inside onto the LED light. The only think that remains to be seen is how well the lamp will hold up to moisture from taking showers and the bathroom getting a bit steamy. I may put it in the linen closet during a shower to avoid anything happening to it but even still, at such a reasonable price I won't mind having to replace it if it lasts at least a year or so. Overall this is a perfect lamp to use as a bathroom night light, or for a hallway, entry way, or even a bedroom as long as you place it somewhere it's not going to switch on every time you move or roll over. I highly recommend it and am planning to buy another one for my bedroom.

I was very pleased with this lamp. Fits well in any space and provides a good amount of light. The two lighting options, timer, dimmer, and remote are a plus. Great to have in case of emergency or in a space where outlets are not available.

ProsGreat product, works well and doesnt put a heavy load on the batteries where it lasts much longer than anticipated as it gets used every evening.It's nice to have this on the piano downstairs to turn on when we walk down there at night. Also have another upstairs on the book shelf to light our way in the middle of the night.ConsI cant think of any as long as your expectation wasn't to have this battery powered light to be as bright as a spot light. it provides ample light in the night which was my expectation, however my girl did ask if it can be brighter but it functions just fine providing moderate brightness.

Update. Have had several ask about the bulb. So, I will update my review.Batteries are replaceable but the bulbs are not. Once bulb dies, the lamp is trash. However, we use the timer function and this may extend the life of ours. I am hoping mine continues to function for a long time to come..So far, and we use it daily, we are still very happy with our lamps..I misread the description and thought these were rechargeable. They are not. But they still work for what I needed. They are not motion activated so I am unsure why that is part of the review questions. They have warm light or cool light and you can control the brightness too.It said it was wood grain look but it's not really, but I am still happy with it.It runs on AA batteries or via USB plug. I have used mine several nights now on batteries and it is working great. I use the timer option.Happy with my purchase. It's a nice, smallish, battery powered lamp.

I love these little lamps. Took a while to get here but the wait was worth it. I have one in my kitchen and the other in my room. Just enough light to be cozy.

I got two, one for each end of my BR dresser. One for coming into my BR and the other for going into my bath. Both worked fine until 11 months and one quit working. Changed batteries but that didn't fix it. They have a two year warranty which I think is good for what I paid, but for me... mailing something back is more trouble than its worth (unless the item is high value). I liked the fact that they are somewhat decorative and looked good sitting on my dresser. (they also have an external "on/off" switch (if needed) and the unit requires 3 AA batteries. I needed the lights (both working) and want a matching pair so I thought I'd replace them both with the "amber color" "Mr Beams" they require 4 AA batteries and DO NOT HAVE THE "ON/OFF" SWITCH. They are square and not as decorative on my dresser. I still have One of these "Zeefo" lamps working so Im going to order two more of those, so I'll once again have a matching pair of those (and a spare). With the Zeefo lights, I think my batteries should have been changed sooner and the low power somehow damaged the sensor. I will change the batteries about 3 months into use. Also on these Zeefo lamps they have an option with one having a silver base (which I have) and the other has a painted wood grain base, so make sure you look at that option before ordering. I put this light in the bathroom so I don’t have to turn on the full lights when I have to get up at night. The motion sensor on this thing works perfect. As soon as I come around the corner it recognizes the motion and turns on. When I walk away, it quickly turns off.So far, I’m very pleased with this light. If it stops working or doesn’t last long, I’ll come back and update my review.

Cute but didn't work well with batteries and after being plugged in for several months they stopped working.

Non è il semplice punto luce, ma una piccola ed elegante lampada con la funzione del sensore di movimento che ne aumenta il potenziale.La prima cosa che salta all'occhio è il design, è molto curata con la base verniciata con una finitura a specchio e la parte superiore di un bianco opaco, per niente pretenziosa, tanto da adattarsi alla maggior parte degli arredamenti.Venendo alle particolarità, di nota è il sensore di movimento, infatti può essere usata sia come luce fissa sia con attivazione al passaggio.Tramite un interruttore posto sul fondo, mettendola in modalità Auto la luce si accenderà al passaggio o al movimento, è molto sensibile, già a 5 metri il sensore fa attivare l'illuminazione.La luce è soffusa e di un bianco caldo, per niente fastidiosa anche se si accende nel buio completo.Per quanto riguarda i materiali, sembra essere molto solida, e il punto a favore è che se utilizzata in presenza di bambini, può sopportare urti accidentali e non recare danno in quanto è molto leggera e non presenta spigoli vivi.Si alimenta con 3 pile AAA ( non incluse ) che penso avranno una durata quasi eterna, vista la potenza della luce, e, se utilizzata solo con attivazione al movimento.Riassumendo, ottima qualità dei materiali, grande cura dei dettagli e soprattutto ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Wir haben diese formschöne Tischlampe als Nachtlicht auf unserem Flur stehen, damit man auch Nachts sieht wo man hin laufen muss, ohne vor eine Kommode oder gegen einen Türrahmen zu donnern. Wenn wir nämlich das Deckenlicht einschalten würden, 3 Lampen mit jeweils 3 Strahlern zu 40 Watt, dann würde man mit halb verschlafenen Augen vor lauter Helligkeit gar nichts mehr sehen.So steht die Tischlampe auf einer Kommode und der Sensor erfasst uns schon bevor wir das Schlafzimmer verlassen haben. Auch der Lichtschein reicht bequem aus, da die Lampe ja erst mit einer kleinen Verzögerung aus geht, um noch wieder ins Bett zurück zu kommen.Die Lichtfarbe würde ich als sehr warm bezeichnen. Die Helligkeit ist mehr als ausreichend - aber ohne, dass die Lampe blenden würde.Da die gesamte Lampe aus Kunststoff ist, lässt sie sich gut abwischen bzw. sauber halten.Sehr gut finde ich, dass die ZEFO Tischlampe mit Batterien oder Akkus betrieben werden kann und vor Allem, dass hier nicht die ganz kleinen AAA sondern die "normalen" AA oder Mignon-Akkus zum Einsatz kommen. Diese haben eine weitaus höhere Kapazität und müssen daher nicht so oft ausgetauscht werden. Persönlich verwende ich Sanjo Eneloop Akkus - das sind mit Abstand die besten Akkus, die ich kenne.Zum Einlegen der Akkus befindet sich auf der Unterseite der Tischlampe ein Fach, das mit einer kleinen Klappe verschlossen ist. Daneben befindet sich auch der Schalter, über den man Betriebsmodus der Lampe einstellen kann. Zur Wahl stehen OFF, Auto oder ON, also "Dauerhaft-Aus", "Dauerhaft-An" oder "Automatik" über den Bewegungs- und Helligkeitssensor. Letzteres macht aus unserer Sicht am meisten Sinn.Fazit:Diese Tischlampe ist formschön und praktisch. Toll als Nachtlicht auf dem Flur mit der Steuerung über den Bewegungsmelder. Das Licht ist hell genug, aber blendfrei und von einer angenehmen warmen Farbe. Über den Betrieb mit Akkus ist die Tischlampe auch unabhängig von einer Steckdose platzierbar. I like that it is battery operated and the light works well on "On" mode, but the sensor for the "Auto" section doesn't work. There is no way to contact the seller (please do get in touch if you see this) to rectify this.
