We make recycled banana silk yarn which has a similar appearance to recycled silk yarn but the content is mainly viscose fiber. It is hand dyed by us and can be customized to the buyer's color. The fibers are spun by women's cooperatives who spin using drop spindle, this makes the skein vary in twist. This yarn can be used unspun and with embellishments or added to wool fiber for felt makers. This is a lovely yarn for crafters because of its luster and versatility. Note: Due to the nature of hand spun yarns, there may be knots or breaks in the skein. This is not a factory perfect yarn. The recycled silk yarn is lovely to use for small projects such as knitted, crocheted or woven. This fabulous hand spun yarn is soft and shiny.
